German Location

Notwithstanding his belief that he has created a sustainable organization in the growing healthcare market with the global network of development, production, and operating locations, Professor Hans Georg Näder, who is the third-generation managing shareholder of the company in his family, has expressed his commitment to the German location and therefore to the roots of the company.

Duderstadt, Germany, is not just the home of the largest development and production locations, but also the company headquarters of Otto Bock HealthCare. The world-wide activities of the company are coordinated here. In order to continue setting technological milestones such as myoelectric-controlled arm prostheses or the C-Leg® leg prosthesis system, we require motivated employees with outstanding educations as well as efficient knowledge management. Today, the qualifications of the employees are firmly anchored in the global organization. Lifelong learning is mandatory at all locations.
