Shape combines the modern vacuum forming technique with cutting edge digitalization technology. This allows to meet the special needs during the fitting without time pressure and by means of functional stimulation.

The advantages: High-quality foam with well-defined characteristics. Less finishing and reworking thanks to functional simulation.

The Shape 2 system enables lean production. All data is stored, making it reproducible and allowing for complete documentation according to the Medical Devices Act.

• Scan the impression with a digitizer.
• Check the digitized impression on a 3D model and modify if necessary.
• Save the project and email the data to Otto Bock.
• The end result is a snug-fitting cushion blank that can be further processed into customized seating shells. These can then be integrated into aluminum shells and coated with SuperSkin.

With the purchase of the Shape System you will receive a fitting chair, vacuum impression bags and the digitizer kit (consisting of digitizer table, digitizer stylus, interface and software).
