By means of a photometric method, residual limb data is digitalized. This allows to generate and visualize D models of the sockets on a computer. Service Fabrication uses the submitted data to fabricate a thermoplastic test socket. Prosthetics | Service Fabrication | Otto Bock HealthCare

Moreover, the software allows to select all the necessary components for the prosthesis and to order them quickly and easily by e-mail.

TT Design – a fast and efficient way to fabricate test sockets and prostheses.

• Use a digital camera to take lateral and frontal photos of the patient’s residual limb in front of a black background.
• Download data into the computer from the memory card.
• Specify socket shape and process digital photos.
• Check socket shape on a D model and modify if necessary.
• If wanted, select prosthetic components and services.
• Save the job and e-mail the data to Otto Bock.

Please note:
TT Design can only be used with the 4 R Design-TT Kit. The kit contains all the necessary tools for working with the patient.

Otto Bock offers a 2-day seminar to learn the application technology. The kit will only be sold to technicians who have attended the seminar.
