The Manu Neurexa positions the paralysed wrist in a neutral and functional position. Pain is reduced and the wrist is protected against impacts.

The Manu Neurexa is ideal for customers suffering from paralysis of the arm and wrist musculature following a stroke or peripheral nerve damage.
The orthosis supports and stabilises the wrist in a neutral, functional position. Skin contact over a large area combined with semi-rigid splints and straps assures stability and wearer comfort. The hand and wrist are also protected against impacts. This results in good proprioception and promotes active movement. The volar plastic splints are individually adaptable.
PCM (phase change material) serves as the temperature-regulating textile base material. It prevents heat accumulation and is soft and comfortable to wear. The orthosis may be worn directly on the skin all day. This allows the material characteristics to be used to best advantage. The Manu Neurexa is easy for the wearer to put on and take off. It is machine washable at 40° Celsius.
