Hip joint 7E7
The upper section of the hip joint is connected to the socket through the lamination plate. It is connected to the lower section through the hip’s axis. The continuously adjustable extension assist is located in the joint’s lower section. It limits the range of motion during ambulation through the tension applied to the stride control spring. The hip joint has a low structural height to avoid a large degree of pelvic tilt when sitting. Abduction/adduction and flexion/extension are continuously adjustable.
